Pumpkin picking

Drew had his first school trip today. We got to go on a hayride, pick pumpkins, play, meet some animals, and best of all - eat apple cider donuts! He was so happy and proud. He just smiled the whole time (except for the smirk he gave his teacher when she took his picture). On the hayride he pointed things out like "the delicious healthy corn," every scarecrow, and the apple trees. And when it was time for pumpkins he didn't like tripping over vines but I'm pretty sure he managed to achieve his goal of picking the biggest pumpkin on the patch. After getting his pumpkin all he wanted was his donut.
